Happy Independence Day
We will be closing at 3:00 on Thursday the 3rd and
closed all day on Friday the 4th.
Dr Randy will not be in on the
Wednesday the 9th or Thursday the 10th.
Colon Cleanse Group—
Let’s Cleanse! We will plan to start July 7th so that as people go
camping and on vacation their life is not interrupted… We will be
doing the cleanse as a group and using our new blog to stay in touch
and share our experiences. We have so much crud and toxins that sit
on the colon wall which is where the body receives and transports all
nutrition to our organs, bones and tissue. The Colon Cleanse is sure to
start this summer fresh. Did you know that most people store 5 to
25lbs of fecal matter in their colon?

MEDITATION GROUP
Every Tuesday @ 6:00 p.m.
I am really grateful to be able to tell you that we are going to be
offering the Meditation Group again. Come and relax. Take a seat and
let your mind and body unwind. Truly this technique can bring some
amazing results of inner peace and understanding. It is also just a way
to let go and relax.
If it's your first time attending please call us to confirm your attendance.
You can bring a blanket or pillow if you choose. Dress comfortable.
