In each session we take a holistic approach to assisting you in understanding the way that the body works and creating a more balanced lifestyle for yourself. Deep Tissue Massage This is not for the weak! Deep Tissue massage is a clinical method in which I am applying abundant pressure to unlock knots deeper than the surface muscle. Our body is made of tissue (muscle, fascia, tendons, skin, etc...) that is grouped together in layers and bound in fascia supporting the skeletal structure of the physical body . During this session the tissue is manipulated to free up once bound and inflamed tissue resulting in more flexibility and less pain. Polarity Therapy During the Polarity session I will work to awaken your own inner energies to give your body and mind the overall feeling of balance and vitality. Subtle energy blocks are balanced and oxygen flows free through the body as a result of the technique be used. The effects of this session are less stiffness, a feeling of weight being lifted off the body and a sense of peace. Relaxation Massage We all know this one! If you want to come and forget about the day and just melt the stress, then this is the one for you. You will instantly feel relaxed and safe as the massage begins. We will work our the tension in your body in a gentle nature. Free Form Session This session is all of the above wrapped into one. You want to relax, yet you know you have knots the size of golf balls and you do enjoy the polarity balance. Well then, we will do it all!. Prenatal Massage This massage focuses on the specific needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of child bearing. Bio Magnetic Cupping This session is based on the ancient Asian therapy. Glass Suction cups are applied to areas of body to release pent up fascia, and increases lymph and blood flow and toxin release. * Prices vary on session Reiki Therapy Based on the ancient art using the life force energy to heal.
